Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Take charge of tenant billing processes, ensure timely deposits and rent collections, manage payment adjustments, and perform meticulous account reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable Oversight: Handle invoice entries, maintain precise tracking, and ensure efficient processing related to property expenses.

Role Overview: As a vital member of our accounting team, you will manage tasks across both accounts receivable and payable departments. You will adapt to new software and updates seamlessly, with comprehensive training and support provided.

Required Qualifications:

• An Associate degree or substantial equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in property management and accounting software, especially Yardi Voyager.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
